Transforming a rundown shack into a display suite for an award-winning developer is only a task made to look easy by one of our expert shopfitting teams. With a two week deadline, our Sunshine Coast based shopfitters worked quickly and efficiently to bring this diamond in the rough back to a sparkling finish. When it comes to working within such tight timeframes, our shopfitters weren’t shy in saying – “Clever design and careful planning will get you most of the way, but you’ll also need a fair few late nights!” Which is exactly what happened here, where the client required a fitout team that could go above and beyond to get this display centre up to spec, on time.
With absolutely pristine finishes and quality furnishings, the ARIA display suite interiors boast a homely and relaxed coastal feel, which in our opinion is half of the sell! Wanting to offer prospective clients a chance to really engage with the feeling of quality of their home-to-be, it was important for this display centre to be designed right and offset a welcoming energy. Our shopfitters worked with sandy timber floors and ran warmer timber tones though the furniture to offer depth and a sense of beach-style living.
The space was divided into sections to cater for the varying purposes, or stages of the selling process. Having the layout this way made it easy for clients to feel comfortable and supported in a private space without actually being closed in or blocked off from the other rooms yet to be experienced. As something of an immersive experience, it was important for our shopfitters to work closely with the client on this project to achieve the desired flow and feel. As experts in shopfitting our team was able to assist the ARIA group in every step of a very quick process, ensuring the fitout process was not only quick but achieved a high level of quality and effective design.
