This project is a clever transformation from a vet clinic to a medical clinic without going over budget. In this exciting defit and fitout project we found the meeting point between modern design, organic architecture, and medical minimalism. The result speaks for itself.
Bright rooms with generous ceilings and ample natural light. Carefully applied contrasting colours, plants, and natural elements of high quality materials dotted throughout. Large, high windows provide ample natural light without impinging on privacy. Solar panels fitted during the build allows the clinic to reap the benefits of their sunny position.
The twist? In addition to a clinic, our client wanted help creating an adjacent shed for building surfboards! Our team was happy to help make this happen.
It’s often during a defit that underlying property problems arise. We knew that the existing aircon needed changing due to its high power usage, but once work was underway we discovered that it was also unsafely supported, which led us to bolster the structural integrity of the roof.
