KX is one of Australia’s leading reformer Pilates studios with more than 80 locations across the country. With the new premise at Potts Point, our team from Total Fitouts Surry Hills constructed an area with nine reformer pilates machines, a reception area and sufficient storage for equipment and the belongings of each student.
“The main focus for this project was a fresh look and an updated branding”, company performance manager Cam said, “and it has definitively succeeded.”
The space is divided into two areas but leaves the interior open for an uninterrupted flow of movement where light and air circulates through. The reception area has reference to Norwegian architecture, round timber structures, bright playful pendent lights above the counter, white clean brick walls, bamboo plants and a timber breeze wall that prevent people from walking straight into the main studio but still allows them to see inside. The overall look is kept minimal and calm, inviting to relax and focus on the upcoming workout session.
