Project Details – Cellar Door & Bar
Rob Watt & Sam Brown, co-owners of Route 9 Distillery, Balhannah Village, nestled in the Adelaide Hills, engaged Troy Hosking and his team at Total Fitouts Adelaide South to deliver their Cellar Door and bar vision. Rob & Sam required a high-quality fitout, first impression was critical, and a superior space was vital for serving their locally crafted rum, whiskey and gin to guests. Rob & Sam required a Fitout specialist that not only understood their vision, but could turn the job around on time, within budget, not sacrificing quality.
Troy and the team not only nailed the brief, but they were adaptable to scope change. The result – a high quality space, brought to life, on time and budget. Watch their testimonial below, and hear, in their own words, why they would recommend Troy and Total Fitouts Adelaide South for Retail and Hospitality projects.

The job features an incredible, multi functional bar space, including serving areas and refrigeration. The charred oak front panelling is an exquisite feature, matching the inside of the char lined whiskey and rum barrels. Tasmanian Oak (sourced by Total Fitouts) countertops, tables, shelves and barrels tie the design together, adding continuity and style to the project. The distilling area has an industrial warehouse look and feel.
